Event Changes and Withdrawals
Can I change events?
We understand that sometimes injury, illness or circumstances out of your control may interupt your training or availabilty to run in your choosen event on the day. For this reason, you can change between events by completing a change of event form.
You can change down to a shorter distance at no extra charge. To increase your distance you can simply pay the difference between the two events. Click here to change your event >>
Change forms can be sent to the Festival Office via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) up until 5pm Friday 11 September. Any forms received after Friday 11 September 5pm at the event office (via email) will NOT be processed under any circumstance. After this time, all forms must be taken to the ASICS Event Expo in person to complete the transfer. No changes will be made unless you bring your original event kit to the information desk with the required form. Someone, can do this on your behalf if you cannot be present.
NOTE: Race changes are subject to availability as particular start groups and events will sell out prior to Sunday 20th September.
Can I transfer my entry or obtain a refund?
Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers as per the event's terms and conditions agreed to at the time of registration. We do not allow transfers of entry (to another person). This is because we give you two options, to refund up until the 31st of July or to defer after this time to the next consecutive year.
Entry fees are refundable before July 31, 2015 although 25% of the entry fee is retained to cover administration costs. Please allow up to 5 working days for your race changes to processed. Click here to download a Withdrawal Form >>
If it is after July 31, 2015, you may wish to defer for one consecutive year (waiving entry for 2016).
